DWS Completes Acquisition of SDM
SDM is pleased to announce that DWS has completed the sales agreement to acquire its business.
Managing Director for SDM, Geoff Rohrsheim, says “DWS wants to grow the business, this acquisition is complementary to SDM’s growth strategy.
“All SDM employees will continue business as usual, providing our customers with the quality and service they expect. This is now backed by a greater resource pool meaning we can service our clients even better.”
The DWS acquisition will not change the value and quality attributed to SDM's brand, personnel, culture and focus on Microsoft based solutions. It will support and enhance its growth and capability across Australia.
